- 2 slices bread - I use my bread machine cottage cheese bread
- 8 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 1 peach - sliced (or canned peach slices in juice)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 small handful walnuts
- 2 teaspoons honey - plus more to taste
Spread cottage cheese over the slices of bread, 4 tablespoons per slice.

Add the sliced peach followed by the cinnamon and walnuts.

Drizzle the honey over the slices.

Air fry at 200°C/400°F for 7 minutes. Note: I use a ninja foodi air fryer and don't preheat it.
When the toast is browning and crunchy, and the cheese and peaches have some brown spots, it's ready.
Drizzle with a little more honey if desired, and enjoy!
