1½ cups cherry tomatoes - diced 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove - minced ¼ cup fresh basil - finely sliced 5 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini) - halved 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze salt - to taste black pepper - to taste 2 cups cottage cheese 2 tablespoon lemon juice - around ½ lemon ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Mix together the tomatoes, oil, garlic, basil, and bocconcini, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Blend the cottage cheese, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a food processor until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the cottage cheese mixture on a plate or in a shallow bowl and top it with the tomato mixture.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy with crostini, pita chips, or your favorite toasted bread/chips!
