- 500 g strong white bread flour - about 4 cups, but weighing everything is best for bread
- 30 g butter - 2 tablespoons
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 180 ml filtered milk - like fairlife or arla bob. 1.5 cups
- 180 g cottage cheese - 1.5 cups
Blend the cottage cheese with a blender, food processor, or immersion blender.

Add all of the ingredients (except yeast) to the bread pan inside the machine according to your machine's instructions.

Add the yeast to the separate compartment (or according to your bread machine).

Use a "Milk Bread", large size setting if you have one. For me, this was 4 hours on the regular white loaf setting.
When the bread is ready, remove it from the bread pan and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Slice, slather with butter (or more cottage cheese), and enjoy!
